Avitar makes municipal assessment data available, in various configurations, on Avitar’s Assessing Internet Kiosk web site at no cost to its client municipalities. Limited assessment information (i.e. parcel owner name; parcel location; parcel acreage; building, land, feature, and total assessment) is available to all online users who access the database using an anonymous login. Complete assessment information (i.e. detailed assessment card information) is available to online users who wish to purchase a subscription from Avitar, either to a particular community or to all active municipal databases.
The online assessment data provides a service to online users who, whether or not they wish to purchase a subscription, have the ability to quickly access either limited or complete information from communities throughout the State of New Hampshire. Additionally, by providing online assessment data Avitar assists its client communities by reducing the number of phone calls and visits to the municipal office by those seeking to review assessment information.
Note that these databases are provided on an "as is", "as available", and "with all faults" basis. Avitar makes no warranties concerning the accuracy and timeliness of the data. Property information is maintained by representatives designated by the individual municipalities and updated periodically online. Within each municipality’s database, the date in the upper right corner indicates the date on which the online database was last updated. Neither Avitar nor its client municipalities assume responsibility or liability for any inaccuracies, incompleteness, errors, failures, or lack of timeliness resulting from use of the data. Questions or concerns regarding specific properties should be directed to the appropriate municipality.
